You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item(s). Please note that we currently offer refunds or gift cards only; exchanges are not available at this time.
Return Requirements
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:
- Items are unworn and in original condition – free from stains, signs of wear, or damage
- All original labels and tags remain attached
- Items are returned within 30 days of delivery
All returns are thoroughly inspected before refunds are processed.
Special Circumstances
- Post-delivery damage: We cannot accept returns for items damaged after delivery, including accidental damage or improper use during adjustments
